Sandra J. Spencer, 70, of Dubuque, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at UnityPoint Health- The Finley Hospital, Dubuque. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10 at the Church of the Resurrection. Friends may call from 9:30 until the times of services, Tuesday at the Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic School, Monticello, Iowa. The Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 John F. Kennedy Road is in charge of the arrangements.
