Condolence: I will always remember Richard Sullivan's wonderful water safety teaching techniques he used for fourth and fifth graders each May at the Army Corps Of Engineers Eco Meet. Condolence: We are saddened at the loss of our dear older brother and brother-in-law. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Beth, Sandy and Richard. Condolence: I worked at a place that did upkeep on Richard's car. Met him about 20 years ago & it was a pleasure to greet him. He brightened up out business every time he had a problem. Used to c him at the yearly eagle watch, which was yesterday! Everyone should have his attitude. Would make the world a great place.
