Barbara Olson, a long-time resident of Dubuque, died peacefully on Sunday, October 22 at Bethany Home surrounded by family. Per Barb’s request there will be a private service and burial. A celebration of life will be held on November 1 from 3-8 at Westminster Church in the Fellowship Hall. Complete arrangements are pending at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory.
