Doris and I loved to head to Platteville, WI for lunch and shopping. - Farm and Fleet and Walmart were favorites. Still wearing a paisley coral night shirt purchased at Walmart - favorite and. will never toss it! Many memories: bridge buddies, Concerned Parents buddies ( probably where we met Doris and Frank). Both raised 4 wonderful children - sharing our ups, our downs, as good friends do.... Found 1 picture of us - both in tears -at my “moving to Florida” party. Though we still kept in touch - they visited me in FL, - saw her for the last time, when I visited DBQ over Thanksggiving, 2 years ago. Both of us 95, Her bday Sept. Mine October. Thinking of her and how dear she was to me - in my heart always...
