Jeannette Raby, 65, of Dubuque, died Friday, March 4, 2022 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jim Goerend officiating, where the Rosary will be recited before serivces. Military Honors will be conducted at church immediately following memorial services. In lieu of flowers Jeannette's family requests you please plant perennials or give donations to the Dubuque Arboretum.
