I have a lot of great memories of Grandpa Rick and I always enjoy my visits with him and grandma. He was always very supportive of me and he had a fun, joking around vibe that I loved sharing. I remember how much he enjoyed coming to my softball games when I was younger. He was genuinely interested in how I was doing and my school and work as I grew up and it means so much to me. He helped me get my first personal laptop that I am still using to type this now. We had a nice time visiting my college campus several years ago when he drove a whole team out here on a bus charter. He sent a very sweet message to me on my birthday just back in September. I can't believe this news, but I am so thankful for these memories and I will continue to cherish them forever.

I always looked forward to the Whites coming to CO. Rick was always rolling around with a big smile. He poked fun and I always liked that. He genuinely cared about what was going on and how everyone was doing. Many ask, but not everyone really cares what the answer is. He did. Rick, we miss you buddy. You will not be forgotten. To the family out in Iowa, we will continue to pray for you. Please let us know if you need anything!

I remember when my grandpa was out here in Colorado. He would want to walk Sophie almost every day so I would go with him and ride my electric scooter along next to them. These walks with grandpa never got old and they were always fun for me. He was a great man and he will be missed.

I remember when I first met Rick, I was a young single mom dating Craig. My daughter was with me and we were both welcomed with open arms. It’s meant the world to me that Rick and Sue always treated her as their granddaughter. He was a good man with a big heart for his family. Sending prayers and loving thoughts to his friends and family.
Love,
Nealie
