Robert C. “Bob” Ender, 67, of Dubuque passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022.  Private services will be held later in May.

Bob was born September 6, 1954 in Dubuque, son of Carl and Rosemary (Siemke) Ender.  Bob was self employed at Ender’s diagnostic, 20th and Central Ave., for over 30 years where he had a great friend and mentor, John Kretz.

He retired in 2008 after suffering a stroke; but found a new place to hang his hat across the street at the Auto Ranch.  Thank you to Jim Leslein for being so good to Bob.

Bob was a loving son, husband father and brother.  If you were lucky enough to have known Bob, you loved him.

Bob leaves behind his wife, Kim; sons, Rob, Eric, and Jamie Ender; extended family, Lynnann and Dan Tangeri and Ron and Julie Kohn; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He is also survived by his siblinigs, Terry Wright, Sheila Donovan and Sandy Skahill and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Larry Ender and a sister, Mary (Siemke) Wilson.

In lieu of flowers, a Robert Ender Memorial Fund has been established.
