Patrick J. Klauer
Patrick James Klauer, 23, of Asbury, died Monday March 17, 2014. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 pm Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road. Commital service will be 1 pm Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Mt. Calvary Chapel.
He was born to Susan Bruse and the late James Klauer, April 22, 1990 in Dubuque, Iowa. Patrick graduated from Hempstead High School.
Patrick was an exceptionally kind and generous young man, often putting others needs before his own. He had many, many friends, and will be deeply missed by the people who loved him and whose lives he influenced. He was known for his infectious laugh and bright smile, his wonderful way with children, and the warmth of his heart. Patrick is now in heaven with his beloved father James Klauer.
Patrick is survived by his mother Susan Bruse; his sisters and brother, Cherie (Don) Regan, Kelly (Rob) Liddle, and Shannon (Kristy) Bruse. He is also survived, and loved so much, by his nieces and nephews, Alex, Lindsey, and Nathan Regan, Alissa Bruse, Charlee Bakey, Thomas and Emily Liddle, and Amanda Bruse. He is also survived by his special friend Sara Meyer, and by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Klauer, on August 6, 2000, and by his grandparents Herbert and Bernadette Klauer and Walter and Bernice Knockle.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Patrick J. Klauer Memorial Fund.
