Condolence: Steve & Bob,
Upon returning home for my Grandmother's funeral this week I was saddened to learn of the loss your family has also experienced. I fondly recall the afternoons and evenings at your home during our high school years. It was such a lively, loving and teen-friendly gathering spot. Good times. The memories of those years makes me smile.

Glad to hear your were able to enjoy so much time with your dad and to be with him in his journey.

Condolence: We all loved our Uncle Bob. I remember so well when he lived with Grandma Anna Voels, his mother on Cleveland Ave. He was so nice to all of us. And I remember Sally and when they got married. I thought she was really special. And going to ball games to see Uncle Bob play. And of course the wonderful Christmas celebrations, usually at the Howe's. Even a midnight mass in the snow. All such great memories of a wonderful uncle and aunt and cousins. And the entire Voels family, aunts, uncles and cousins. Lives well lived, tragedies shared and wonderful new generations of children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren. We celebrate their lives and all they meant to us.

Condolence: Steve, Bob and family,

Uncle Bob was a very special man. He will be missed by all who were privlledged to know him.

It was difficult for him to loose a daughter at such a young age, but he bounced back. Then his wife but again he bounced back.

Bob and Steve you did so much for him and know he appreciated your care and help. He was so proud of you and his grandchildren.

I have so many memories of growing up as his eldest nephew.

He lived a great life and may he rest in peace.
