Connie S. Klein 56, of Sherrill, Iowa, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Sherrill, Iowa with the Rev. Noah Diehm officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 8:00 Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 JFK Rd.
Connie was born on June 9, 1958 in Dubuque, the daughter of Francis and Delila (Duehr) Kutsch. She was raised in Sherrill, Iowa and graduated from Hempstead High School in 1976. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, canning and making head cheese with her family. She was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her daughters. Her favorite past time was riding her Harley Davidson.
Surviving are her two daughters, Tracy (Wayne Bowen) and Kellie Klein of Sherrill; her brothers, Steve (Cindy) Kutsch, Delbert “Burt” Kutsch, Jerome Kutsch, and Greg Kutsch all of Sherrill, Jeff Kutsch and Vince (Tina) Kutsch both of Dubuque; nieces and nephews; her special friend Ronald Auderer of Sherrill and her dogs, Snitch, Scooter, Slick and Bandit.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers in infancy.
