Obituary for Elvidge T Walser

E. Tom Walser, 82, of Stonehill Care Center, formerly of 3150 Windsor Ave. died Monday, April 20, 2015 at Stonehill Care Center. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 pm Wednesday at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in High View Cemetery, Epworth where military rites will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League. Complete arrangements are pending.
