Natalie J. Kurt, 82, of Dubuque died Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Dubuque Specialty Care. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Raphael Cathedral where visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Natalie was born January 12, 1934 in Cascade, Iowa, daughter of Fred and Nora (Devaney) Kurt.
She graduated from St. Columbkille’s School and attended Loras College. She was a novice with the Sisters of the Presentation until her disability.
Natalie was known as the family historian.
She is survived by a brother, Noel Kurt of Dubuque; a sister, Dianne (Don) Simon of Cuba City, 29 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings, Mary Edith, Leon, Fr. David and Mark Kurt and June Manning.
