Condolence: I was so sad to hear about the passing of Dorthy. She took care of my Great Grandmother for several years in Hospice and then again my Great Aunt & Uncle a few years later. She would call me in Florida and keep me posted on all of the happenings and was a true friend and caring person. My condolences to loosing such a loving person. Jon

Condolence: My prayers and sympathy to your family. I am a close friend of Helen Schlueter Hood. We went to Wahlert and Mercy together. Your parents took Helen and her friends under their wings. They hosted a pre prom party when we were at Mercy. Tom always had a joke and kind words for us. Dorothy guided, directed, listened, and became a dear friend to all of us. But you know the beautiful woman she was, selfless and giving. Her spirit and love will live on in your hearts.

Condolence From: John Hrynkow
Condolence: The Schlueter's were one of the most respected families that belonged to Nativity Parish while I grew up. My mother Marge Hrynkow and Dorothy were dear friends and she always spoke highly of Dorothy and Tom. By the grace of God Dorothy was by my mothers side during her battle with cancer. How hard it must have been to see your friend slowly die but I think that my mother enjoyed having Dorothy there to accompany her to eternal life. To the Schlueter family may you find peace in your time of need and I will pray for both of your parents.

Condolence: Dear Susan and family,
Your Mother is always with you. She's the whisper of leaves as you walk down the street. She's the smell of certain foods that you remember, flowers you pick, the fragrance of life itself. She's the cool hand on your brow when you're not feeling well. She's the sound of rain that lulls you to sleep, the color of a rainbow, she is Christmas morning. Your Mother lives inside your laughter. She's the place you came from, your first home, and she's the map you follow with every step you take. She's your first love, your first friend, even your first enemy, but nothing on earth can separate you, not time, not space.....not even death.

Condolence From: Meg Schueller May
Condolence: Dorothy was my dad, Tom Schueller's first cousin. He often told tales of going to the Wubben farm on Sundays in his youth. He spoke very highly of the fried chicken. At various family weddings and such, I had the pleasure of interacting with Dorothy. She was a real gem! I thought she was so fun and classy. She often wore big, fancy hats at family weddings. She was so nice to me. As small world circumstances would have it, my brother Matt, and Dorothy's son Tom are good friends in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Dorothy was a loyal family member. She attended the funeral services of my mom, my uncle and my dad in a short time. I was so grateful to her and her sisters and brothers for that. Those Wubben kids are a class act! My deepest condolences to the Schlueters and the Wubbens for this loss. I am sorry to you all for having lost Tom and Dorothy in such a short time! This generation is leaving us too quickly!

Warm regards,

Meg Schueller May
Daughter of Tom and Mary Ann Schueller
Sister of Matt Schueller

Condolence From: Maureen Kleiner
Condolence: To Dorothy & Tom Schlueter's family: I was sad to hear that Dorothy has passed. Your mom & dad were very dear to me. I cared for Tom while he was at Manor Care and that is where I met & got to know both of them. I loved seeing them at the pharmacy, sometimes stopping just to say hi. Dorothy will be missed by anyone that knew her. What a wonderful lady. My heart goes out to you all of you.
