Condolence: Heartfelt sympathy to Marilyn's family. It is so wonderful she was able to have you around through her illness and passing.
Marilyn was a very important person in my life. We started in orientation at GLH on the very same day and on the psychiatric unit on the same day. She was a seasoned psych nurse and I was a new grad. Marilyn was my mentor for many years as well as a friend. Her laugh and irreverent humor provided a counter to the sometimes difficult work we did. We shared a love of gardening and of quilting. But her greatest love was her family(and sports).
She left the world a better place.

Condolence: I had the honor of working close to Marilyn on In Patient Mental Health Services. I had much management experience but not well seasoned in this specialty. Marilyn was such a special resource to me and we developed a great working relationship. It was a joy to receive many compliments regarding Marilyn. She was a good mentor to peers,a marvelous advocate to her patients and such a needed resource to medical staff .
We loved hearing about her sewing projects, shared her flower gardening enthusiasm and of course her family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Condolence: Prayers and sympathy to all of you. I first met Marilyn years ago at GL hospital. She was a joy to be around at work and always had a story to share about her family. She was a great nurse, a wonderful person, and will be remembered fondly. Karen Miller
