Mary M. Lehnhoff, 93, died Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Ennoble Manor. Funeral services will be 1 pm Saturday at the Church of the Nativity where friends may call Saturday from Noon until time of service. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Centralia. The Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mary was born May 6, 1921 in Peosta, Iowa, daughter of Patrick and Mathilda (Mahoney) McDonald. She married Alphonse "Buck" Lehnhoff. He preceded her in death.
Mary graduated from the University of Dubuque and was a teacher at St. Anthony's School for 37 years. She was a member of the Church of the Nativity.
She is survived by four children, Loren Lehnhoff of East Dubuque, Carolyn Sherrill of East Dubuque, Dan Lehnhoff of Texas and Suzanne (Mike) Parks of Dubuque; 8 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren; one brother, Francis (Darlene) McDonald of Dubuque; three sisters, Kathleen (Tom) Horsfield of Dodgeville, Wisc., Ellen (Chuck) of Solon, IA, Velma Usher of Minneapolis, Minn.
She was also preceded in death by many siblings.
