Linda, my deepest condolences on the passing of Bob. I was truly shocked at the news, especially since I didn't even know he was sick. I first meet Bob in 1991 when I joined the Auxiliary Police. As an advisor, Bob was extremely helpful during my time as Chief and to the Auxiliary as a training officer too. I also worked with him at the local football games and other events in Dubuque while doing security. When he was an officer, Bob worked (and played) at the Mystique, so if he was there when I was working we always stopped and filled each other in on things that had happened since we last saw each other. I always enjoyed the visits we shared and will truly miss him. Dubuque has lost a truly dedicated person in Bob's passing and we should all thrive to be as great and generous of a person in our own lives.
